Richard Woodhouse- Australian PGA COACH of the Year 2016, 2020
There are very few "training tools" outside of measurement technology, that I use. One that I believe, stand by and see as very beneficial for all players is the GravityFit TPro.
The reason for this not only lies in the R&D behind this product, but more importantly it is the athlete that is required to do the work.
Depending on what we desire to acheive, the player can build the attention around the feel and develop the appropriate proprioceptive feedback loop.
In the particular example shown here in the video, the GravityFit TPro was used for a combination of posture awareness, thorax to pelvis dynamic balance, side bend and rotational movement.
Protocol would be to start with 'dry drills' (no club), move into partial swings, finish with full movement. Feedback is developed, GravityFit TPro is removed, routine is implemented and transfer of skill takes place.
Structure and feedback is critical to any development. My mantra would be set the intention, lock in our where your attention needs to be committed to the process.
