Shipping FAQ

When will my order ship out?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.

Will I have to pay for customs fees?

United States: No customs fees. All orders ship from Delaware, USA.

Other countries: Customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s import laws. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Which shipping carrier is used?

USA, Canada & South America: Orders ship from Delaware, USA via UPS Ground.

Asia, EU & other regions: Once your parcel clears customs in your country, it is handed off to your national postal service (e.g., Royal Mail in the UK, Deutsche Post in Germany, Korea Post in South Korea).

Australia: Orders are fulfilled locally.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, our fulfillment partners (LinkLogic or Import Logistics) will send you a dispatch confirmation with atracking link to the carrier’s website.

What are the standard delivery times?

Overall shipping times vary depending on location. We are not in control of the Customs process and  delays may occur whilst your parcel is being processed in Customs. Some general estimates would be:

  • EU: 5-7 business days
  • US: 2-4 business days
  • Canada: 2-5 business days
  • Australia - 1-5 business days
  • Asia - 5-7 business days
  • Rest of world: 5-7 business days
