Refund policy

We accept product returns as long as the product you return is in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

For our GravityFit TPro products this includes the cardboard sleeve, internal bags and Quick Guide. The cardboard sleeve must be undamaged, and the resistance bands must be packed in the internal zip lock bags. 

Refund is processed after receiving and inspection of the returned product. GravityFit retain the right to refuse a refund if the product is not returned exactly as sold, including all external and internal packaging.

All shipping costs are buyers responsibility and not refundable.
